Europol said on Tuesday that roughly 130 people suspected of being involved in human trafficking were apprehended in a combined operation by 22 European nations in the week leading up to June 13.

According to Europol, the efforts, which included around 22,500 law enforcement personnel, resulted in the identification of more than 100 potential victims of human trafficking.
