Footage released showing 18-year-old Salvador Ramos at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde where he fatally murdered nineteen students and two teachers ,triggers victims’ parents anger.

Earlier today, the police shared the footage of the shooting in Uvalde and it went viral as many people shared their opinion regarding what happened. People and families blamed the police for waiting 40 minutes before entering the class and killing the shooter. Some hypothesis started to arise saying:”What if an injured child was still alive as they were waiting? What were they waiting for?”.
Adding to that, what made people get more frustrated is the scene where of the police sanitized his hands as they were waiting outside of the class.

On the other hand, the victims’ parents expressed their anger at the video released by the police, considering it as not respecting the victims’ privacy nor the parents’ feelings. The footage contained the shooting sounds whereas the screaming of the children was removed.

According to NBC, police officers asked for permission for killing the shooter before he entered the school, but they got no answer.
